Mercedes GLB Prices, Finance and Specifications

Do you fancy a seven-seat Mercedes SUV but don’t want to fork out £56k for a GLE? Mercedes have come up with a solution with the Mercedes-Benz GLB.

With prices starting from £34,200 for the GLB 200 Sport with seven seats, rising to £45,950 for the GLB 220 d 4MATIC AMG Line Premium Plus with seven seats, this represents a big saving and gives Mercedes a big jump in its main rivals, BMW and Audi.

If you want a seven-seat Audi you need to buy the Q7 (prices from £52,000), whereas BMW has the infinitely less trendy 2 Series Grand Tourer. Mercedes could be on to a real winner here!

At the time of launching, the Mercedes-Benz GLB comes with only two engine options, the 1.3l petrol engine producing 163 hp and 250 Nm of torque, and a 2.0l diesel unit producing 150 hp and 320 Nm or 190 hp and 400 Nm, depending on the state of tune.
